Remember this story about the girl who was arrested for carrying a knife and an axe and warning an older man to stay away from her sister?
A 14-year-old girl in Scotland has been charged with possession of a knife after viral footage showed her and another minor being approached and filmed by at least one foreign man.

That happened in Dundee, Scotland just a couple of months ago. The girl was reported to be 14-years-old but actually turned out to be only twelve. Police said they could not substantiate claims that she was being harassed by an older man. However, police did later arrest a Bulgarian man and woman in connection with the case but haven’t said why.
A man and woman have been charged over an incident that saw a 12-year-old girl allegedly brandishing weapons on a Dundee street.
The girl was earlier charged with possessing offensive weapons in St Ann Lane, in the Lochee area of the city, on Saturday 23 August.
Police Scotland said officers had made “extensive inquiries” into the incident and repeated pleas for people not to share misinformation on social media.
It has been two months since those arrests and the reasons are still a mystery. What police have said is there is no evidence the girl with the axe was defending herself from a foreign predator.
With all of that in mind, here’s a story published yesterday. Another grooming gang made up of foreign men was just sentenced to decades in prison for grooming local girls into sex and prostitution. This is a story we’ve seen play out all over the UK. Where did this incident happen you may wonder? In Dundee, Scotland.
A gang of Romanians who exploited vulnerable women after plying them with drugs at brothels in Dundee have been jailed.
Mircea Marian Cumpanasoiu, Cristian Urlateanu, Remus Stan, Catalin Dobre and Alexandra Bugonea were found guilty in January this year of a range of offences including rape following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.
The gang targeted young vulnerable women by offering them a mostly-free supply of crack cocaine and used this to blackmail them into sex for their own gratification and financial gain…
Three members of the gang – Urlateanu, Dobre and Bugonea – fled the country but were traced and extradited back to Scotland from Belgium and the Czech Republic for their trial last December.
Judge Lord Scott said it was likely the gang would be deported on completion of their sentences but emphasised this would be a matter for the Home Office.

Jurors in the six-week trial heard harrowing testimony about how the gang preyed on the women, most of whom were already troubled by personal issues.
Cumpanasoiu was found guilty of 10 charges of rape, while Urlateanu was convicted of six rapes.
Cumpanasoiu was also convicted of a charge under the Human Trafficking Act, by forcing a woman into prostitution, and two charges of brothel keeping.
Stan was found guilty of four rapes while Dobre was found guilty of two rapes…
Some members of the gang worked in legitimate jobs as food delivery drivers, but were also grooming a succession of young women from the local area.
The women were forced to have sex with the gang, and encouraged to recruit friends to come to the properties with the promise of drugs…
The gang was led by Cumpanasoiu, who was described as a “winking, smirking pimp” who behaved with a “predatory nature” towards women.
Were their gangs of foreign men in Dundee raping local girls. Absolutely! As of yesterday those dirtbags are now in prison for up to 24 years.
Did the 12-year-old arrested with the axe have anything to do with that? Absolutely not, according to the police. Don’t dare to even suggest such a thing. Where would you ever get such an idea?
To be clear, there’s no connection between this particular girl and this particular gang of foreign men. But the conviction yesterday does make you wonder about what things are like for young girls in Dundee, Scotland and if police have managed to arrest all of the foreign groomers in the city with this one case. My guess is they have not.
Given the history of police ignoring the behavior of these grooming gangs, it’s difficult to place a lot of trust in the police at this point. There’s an established history of police ignoring the girls at risk in order to stay in the good graces of the DEI crowd who don’t like it when the perps all turn out to be foreign men.
